The Council of European Jamaats has published a booklet of English poetry about the tragedy of Karbala. These poems have been written by members of our community over the past few weeks; and commemorate the massacre of Imam Husayn (a.s.); his family and his companions over 1400 years ago. These booklets are available for free; and are being distributed in Jamaats across Europe.

Jawaher ul Hikmah ( Pearls of Wisdom) is a publication aimed at students, especially those attending Universities and living away from home. The Council of European Jamaats is gifting this to our students as it will equip them with the necessary tools to maintain a spiritual connection with Allah (SWT) and the Ahlul Bayt (AS), whilst also providing many useful links and resources to help answer questions surrounding our creed. The contents have been specifically designed by the Youth, ICA and Education Committees of CoEJ in order to give the reader a balance between important supplications and other recommended acts of worship, with an emphasis surrounding the significance of such acts as a constant focal point. |
