The Holy Month of Muharram provides us an opportunity to outwardly and proactively spread the message of Islam and Ahulbayt (as) to Muslims and Non-Muslims alike. By employing the universal story of Imam Hussain (as), we can all try and fulfil our responsibility of keeping alive the Legacy of Imam Hussain (as) and Islam as a whole.

For a third year running Ashura Awareness (AA) Week will become a means to propagate the message of True Islam.  Propagation stalls will be held throughout the UK and literature handed out to members of the public and students at university. If you would like to get involved in the project then please register your details online: http://www.aimislam.com/aaweekvolunteer.html

To facilitate AA Week, AIM has organised a Dawah Training Day for those who wish to gain an understanding of how to present themselves as well as answer those very challenging questions. The day will consist of classroom type teaching as well as interactive workshops and role plays to nurture your dawah skills.
