For those who have not expressed an interest in terms of shift or who are not allocated a partner we will write to you in the coming days. If we have your mobile number we shall also be texting you with reminders and more information.
On arrival, you will be allocated to a station and will also be provided with id badges, letters for station managers, collection buckets and tops for carrying out the collection.
Once you have finished your shift, come back to the base and drop off your collection buckets, hopefully with lots of money in them. You must ensure that you do not break the seal and open the buckets.
On arrival at the base please drop off your buckets and help yourself to lunch/dinner (depending on your shift) and thereafter you may begin counting the money if time permits. Before opening the bucket you must ensure that one of the co-ordinators at the base are there to witness this. This is all part of charity legislation. You will be provided with coin bags and money collection forms to fill in whilst counting the money you've collected.
