On Sunday 10th June the Abbasi Youth Committee organized a practical seminar on ghusl, kafan and dafan (burial), in conjunction with the Ladies Ghusl / Kafan Committee. The aim of this seminar was to create awareness of the wajibaats that need to be carried out before and after a loved one passes away.
Places were limited to 60 participants (due to practical demonstrations) and they were quickly filled. On the day more people did turn up and Alhamdulillah we managed to squeeze those we could in. |
