The Youth Desk (YD) will endeavour to facilitate in the communication and growth of individual youth bodies, helping to stimulate a structure whereby different youth bodies can learn from each other's skills, practices and experiences. The YD will also aim to provide courses for the youth that will equip them with the necessary tools to enhance their potential in coping with modern day challenges. An example can be seem with the launch of the Leadership Developments course, aimed at developing the capacity of the youth and young professionals within the community. It is felt that a continuation of such programmes will definitely inspire and promote future leaders from within our community.

- What is the role of a community in today’s society?
