 The Camp this year will run for 23rd July to 3rd August 2006. This year we have 7 members of the Administration team, five of whom are travelling to the Camp, whilst two will remain in the UK to form the contact points. The Camp is also blessed with the presence of 9 mentors, all of whom have been specifically handpicked. We also have two cooks, who are integral to the Camp, and without whom the Camp would be impossible to run.
The Camp is created with the assistance of our counterparts in Kärsögården, and we would like to thank them for their full co-operation. The Camp is the culmination of twelve months of consistent effort my a number of individuals, and we would like to thank them all for their genuine hard work and dedication.
InshAllah this Camp will be successful, and we wish all the Campers, Mentors and Admin staff the very best!

Shabbar was born in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, in 1977 and comes from a family of three with two elder sisters. His father Marhum Yusuf and his mother, Masuma were both born in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Shabbar emigrated to the U.K. in the late 1990’s to pursue his university education and since then has settled in London permanently. He has been married for the last four years, and his wife Tahera is a qualified optometrist. |

Ali was born in Chichester, UK and currently resides in Hemel Hempstead. His primary and secondary schooling was in Hemel Hempstead, taking his GCSEs at John F Kennedy School. He went on to study A-Levels at Watford Grammar School for Boys. He graduated from Cambridge University in June 2006 with a Masters in Engineering and will Inshallah go on to work for a software consultancy in Stevenage. |

Sadiq was born in Hillingdon, London, UK, in 1981. He comes from a family of three, a younger brother and a sister. His father Mustafa was born in Zanizbar and his mother was born in Moshi, Tanzania. They migrated to the UK in the early 1970's. Sadiq is recently engaged. |

Fazleabbas Kanji was born in 1984 in London, UK. His parents Taslim and Hasina, both originally from Moshi, Tanzania, have become well-established members of Hujjat Jamaat in Stanmore since they moved to the UK in 1974 and 1982 respectively. Fazleabbas has also been blessed with a younger sister and younger brother. |
