Those collecting campers will then have an opportunity to talk to the camper’s mentors, and discuss progress made at the camp. Passports need to be returned and various items need to be passed over to parents before departure. Inshallah this year we will be offering a free text alert system for those collecting campers. Text messages will be available when the campers board the plane, and also when they land in Heathrow, allowing you to plan for delays. When the coach arrives in Stanmore, parents and guardians are requested to assist in the speedy unloading of the coach. Campers will then be asked to identify luggage and place it in cars before returning to the main buildings to debrief with the mentors. Mentors will see parents in order according to their distance back home: those with further to travel will be seen first. We ask for patience in this matter and hope that the conversations with the mentors will be both illuminating and encouraging.
