Khums is an important pillar of the Islamic economic system and an essential obligation for a Muslim. It is the most common tax in the Shi’ah law of Islam since it applies to the savings and the profits on an annual basis. It was introduced by the grandfather of the Holy Prophet, Abdul Muttalib upon a command given to him by Allah and has been emphasised repeatedly by the Holy Prophet and all the Imams.

Sweden 2008 - Chefs Required

Can you cook for 80 people?
Would you like to aid the development of young people?
Would you like to visit Sweden?

Then CoEJ NEEDS YOU! The Sweden Summer Camps are looking for a team of chefs (2-3) to cook for the duration of the camp. Held between 19-29 August 2008, the camp is in a picturesque resort with an industrial kitchen. Chefs will be responsible for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner throughout the camp. Menus will be agreed in advance. Total party will be approx. 80 people.
