Invitation to Union Sports Club of Orlando's The 10th Anniversary Games |

It is our pleasure to invite your jamaat/club to participate in The 10th Anniversary Games, celebrating 10 years of Union Sports Club of Orlando, to be held in Orlando from December 27th to December 30th, 2007. The Games are for men, women and children. Herewith, please find the details: Sports Competed The tentative sports competed at The Games will be:
Men
| Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Golf, Tennis and Table Tennis
| Women
| Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball and Indoor Soccer
| Boys
| Soccer and Table Tennis for boys aged 7-10 and 11-14
| Girls
| Soccer for girls aged 7-10 and 11-14 and Basketball for girls aged 9-14 years

Please note that if adequate number of confirmation is not received for any of the above sport, that sport will be removed from the competition.
Participation
All participants must be Shia Ithnaasheri. Players representing their team in the festival must belong to the same city they represent. An exception can only be made if a written request is received in adequate time.

The maximum number of players (including officials) per team for each sport will be as follows:

The timings of different sporting events may clash. Please be advised that the prepared Games schedule will not change based on such sporting event clashes to accommodate players participating in more than one sport. There will be no limit on number of teams representing each city.
Entrance Fees
All participants competing in non-children events will pay a non-refundable participation fee of US $210 per person. $10 from the entrance fee will be donated to a charity to be chosen later. Those competing in the children events will participate free courtesy of Union Sports Club.
Golf Green Fees
All those participating in golf will pay additional green fees of $150 per golfer to cover all three rounds.
Accommodation
Accommodation, courtesy of Union Sports Club, will be provided on a sharing basis amongst out of town participating players for the duration of the event. The accommodation will be in the proximity of International Drive, Orlando’s most popular tourist spot, minutes from all famous theme parks and attractions and minutes from the Sports Complex.
Due to limited number of rooms, accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority will be given to those confirming their participation accompanied by the entrance fees.
Food
Lunch and dinner will be provided to participating players for the duration of the event.
Transportation
Since many players would want to visit tourist attractions and theme parks, we request every team/player to self arrange transportation for convenience purposes.
Sponsorship/Souvenir Magazine
Detailed rates of advertisement in the souvenir magazine and classes of sponsorship will be advised later.
Deadline
We need to receive your confirmation for intention to participate by September 15th, 2007 and detailed list and fees of the participants by October 15th, 2007. Confirmation after the deadline will be subject to space availability. Complimentary accommodation will only be provided upon availability for those confirming after the deadline.
