CoEJ's Application for Membership to The World Federation of KSIMC |

We applied for membership of The World Federation of KSIMC as required by the resolution unanimously passed at the Council Meeting held on 4 March 2007,
Our application was presented before the Executive Council of The World Federation which met on Sunday, 1 July 2007 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Executive Council approved the application and has now sent out ballot papers for postal voting as per the constitutional requirement of The World Federation. The World Federation's constitution under clause 3.2.1 requires that any application for Membership presented to the Executive Council additionally requires the Councillors to vote by postal ballot.
We therefore request all our constituent members' councillors to complete the postal ballot as soon as practical. The deadline for voting is 31 July 2007.
