Regrettably due to non timely compliance and lack of numbers the above exhibition has been postponed to a later date.

Our hosts require confirmation and details of all exhibitors at least 40 days in advance of the exhibition. Please remember that logistic arrangements in Iraq at best is a nightmare and as such all information is required well in advance so that it can be adequately circulated to all governets in order to give justice to all the participants both from abroad and from within Iraq. All ground arrangements like hiring of the hall, transport facilities and accommodation has to be paid well in advance. On top of all the above we are arranging six ministries and the president or vice president of the country to attend and such dignitaries require notice well in advance as you can well appreciate.

That this is a LIFE TIME OPPORTUNITY is not an over statement. We will be the first non government exhibition to be held in Najaf and as such it is meant to be a very high profile event which will benefit all the participants. We cannot hold such an event with lack lustre response. We need at least 120 to 150 participants out of which at least 80 exhibitors.

With the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH S.W.T. we have managed with great difficulty to reschedule the event tentatively between 12th July and 22nd July 2009, the format of conference/exhibition/ziyaraat remaining the same as before. We have also managed to acquire space to hold your samples, advertising material, banners and such at the exhibition hall prior to the event. Please contact:

Please kindly note that the 15th MAY 2009 is the absolute last date. We expect your confirmation much sooner and as always registration will be on first come first served basis.
