CoEJ signs the Memorandum of Understanding with The World Federation |

The Council of European Jamaats is pleased to announce that the President Munawer Rattansey has now signed a Memorandum of Understanding with The World Federation of KSIMC. This Memorandum of Understanding was approved at The World Federation Executive Council Meeting in Karachi and unanimously adopted on by The Council of European Jamaats on 4 March 2007 at the Annual General Meeting in Peterborough.
This landmark document clearly defines the roles of both organisations with respect to each other. It further enables the organisations to understand their functions and responsibilities in serving the communities based in Europe.
The Memorandum of Understanding will pave the way for CoEJ to effectively deliver projects and services within Europe, consistent with its impending application for full membership of The World Federation. This is yet another step towards making The World Federation into a strategic body, as directed by the Triennial Conference in Dubai.
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding will strengthen the two organisations as we carry on the work hand in hand for the betterment of the community. May Allah (S.W.T) guide us in this continuing endeavour. ‘Ameen’
