Electronic Year Planner 2009 |

The Council of European Jamaats in partnership with The World Federation has produced an Electronic Islamic Calendar 2009 for Europe. These are estimate dates and please check the site for upto date information on the new moon each month. This calendar contains important islamic dates for you to import into your favorite calendar application. We welcome your feedback on this to help us improve for 2010. Usage Instructions | Outlook (Windows)- Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.
- Load up Microsoft Outlook™.
- Go to File > Import/Export.
- Choose Import an iCalendar or vCalendar (.vcs) .
- Browse to the file you saved earlier and click Next.
- All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2009 are now in your calendar.

- Open the file and select new calendar when prompted
- All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2009 are now in your calendar.

- Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.
- Click on the downloaded file while holding down the Control key.
When the pop-up menu appears, click Get Info. - In the Info window, choose the Open with option, then browse to the location on your hard drive where the Entourage program is located.
When you find the program, double-click on it to select it. (The program is probably located in your hard drive's Applications folder). - Close the Info window.
- Double-click on downloaded file to import into Entourage. Entourage will first open the calendar items, and then import them.

- Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.
- Drag the downloaded file on to you Lotus Notes Calendar.
- When prompted choose the calendar and import all.
- All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2009 are now in your calendar.
