Meeting Date: 4 March 2007
60 days before the Meeting – 3 January 2007 Last date for members to propose an amendment to the Constitution. (As per clause 14.3) 45 days before the Meeting – 17 January 2007 Last date for members to have items added to the Agenda. (As per clause 14.3) 40 days before the Meeting – 22 January 2007 Last date for members to nominate a name for the post of the President for The Council of European Jamaats for the term 2007 – 2009 (As per clause 16.1) 30 days before the Meeting – 1 February 2007 Last date for the Secretary General to issue notice to members informing them of the date and place of the meeting (As per clause 14.1) 14 days before the Meeting – 17 February 2007 Secretary General to release of the Agenda for the meeting
