In accordance with Clause 18.3 of the constitution and in my capacity as the Electoral Commissioner, I ask all member Jamaats to arrange the process of voting within their Jamaats on a common date of Friday 14th August 2009 (at a time suitable to each individual Jamaat).

Furthermore, in accordance with Clause 18.3 of the constitution, each member Jamaat shall submit to me by Friday 28th August 2009 the results of the voting process and the name of the candidate that has attained the highest number of votes.
