For the Muqallideen of Ayatullah Sistani, based on the rulings of differing horizons, 1st Dhul Hijjah 1431AH will be on Tuesday, 9th November 2010 following the completion of 30 days of Dhul Qa’dah.
For the Muqllideen of Marhum Ayatullah Khui, based on the ruling of unity of horizons and sharing of the night, there was possibility of sighting in South America on Saturday, 6 November 2010.Thus, 1st Dhul Hijjah 1431AH is on Sunday, 7 November 2010.
