The Hilal Advisory Team has ascertained that Wednesday, 17 March 2010 is 1st Rabi al Thani 1431AH for the Muqallideen of Ayatullah Sisitani and Marhum Ayatullah Khui.
The HAT is currently going through a transitional phase and consists of the following two experts:
