2. All entries to be submitted by 31st July
3. a) A player may only participate in up to two events.

4. Any player representing a team for a particular age will not be allowed to play the same sport for a different age group i.e. Adults and Over 35’s
5. A player representing his team in singles may also play doubles in the same sport and vice versa, but this will be deemed as participation in two separate events.
6. Teams not submitting their entry form by 31st July will be penalised via a points system in that particular sport and for the overall title, which shall be 3 points i.e. -3 points for the particular sport per team and -3 for the overall title.
7. The overall title shall be decided on individual teams i.e. points for team A and points for team B will be kept separate and not combined for their Jamaat
8. Teams arriving late on the day shall be penalised as per the rules in their respective sport
9. Behaviour deemed ‘unfit’ or Unislamic will not be tolerated and shall be dealt with by the disciplinary committee, which shall be nominated by COEJ and will include the organising committee chairman.
10. All teams will have to nominate a team manager/assistant manager and they will be the only people to raise any queries with the organising committee
11. All the participants names and their ages shall be forwarded to COEJ by the 14th August after which no amendments will be made. (Except for unforeseen circumstances.)
12. The draws for all the sports shall be made by the 20th August and representatives of COEJ and the individual participating Jamaats will be invited to witness the draws.
13. All decisions made by the referees and the organising committee will be final and binding
14. The hosts will have the discretion of nominating the co-ordinators of each sport
15. All payments for entrance fees to be submitted to COEJ by 14th August.
16. The formation and the duration of play for each sport will be at the discretion of the organising committee along with COEJ according to the facilities available to them.
17. Any rules not covered by this document shall be at the discretion of the organising committee and their decision will be final and binding.
18. The organising committee shall consist of the COEJ sports committee and a nominee of the host jamaat.
19. Referees and Umpires shall be independent and appointed by the host committee and shall not be of the participating teams in any one particular game.

21. The event organiser of a sports event can participate in that sport but will have no say on any of his games or related to his jamaat teams in that case the organising committee will choose an independent referee.
22. If smaller jamaats do not enter their maximum number of adult football teams the larger jamaats can fill the position under the original jamaat's name, e.g. If Gloucester were only to enter one football team as they have been allocated two team slots Stanmore can then enter an extra team under the name of Gloucester. In which case Gloucester will be responsible for entry fee and extra nyaz charges.
23. CoEJ MAMT organising committee will not be responsible for any mental or physical trauma to participants or to their belongings.
