The MAMT tournament will be taking place this year in Peterborough on the .
Participants can compete in up to 4 sports, providing these sports do not clash on the schedule of fixtures.
The swimming pool will be available for leisure use, so if you want to swim, but not competitively, please do not tick swimming on this form.
Doubles & singles of the same sport count as separate sports, ie Badminton Doubles & Badminton Singles are two separate events.
Basic registration is £15 and includes 2 sports. Additional sports will be charged at £5 each.
There is also a £10 charge for food and drink for the whole weekend.
Please note that badminton participants must select the most appropriate skill category on this form. There will be judges at this year’s tournament ensuring that each category offers players the correct level of competition.
All registration fees and forms must reach your local sports co-coordinator by 5th August 2008. Entries received after this date will be subject to a £10 additional registration fee. Under no circumstances will any entry will be accepted after 12th August 2008. All cheques must be made payable to CoEJ.
Although we have requested that the sports centre is kept as a ladies only venue for the duration of the tournament, we cannot guarantee this, and therefore request that all participants wear hijab around the centre during the event, including those who do not wear hijab normally. |
