After completing his GCSE's in 2004, Sajjad was fortunate to attend the first Madinah al-Ilm short course where he was able to meet great Islamic personalities, visit cultural sites such as the magnificent caves of Hamadan and ancient historical heritage sites as well as learn from world renowned scholars and live alongside Howza students from all parts of the world.
Upon return to London Sajjad pursued his A'Levels in Maths, F Maths, ICT and Physics. He then continued his education at Cass Business School (City University) where he currently studies a Mathematical and Statistical based degree.
Sajjad is heavily involved in his local community sports initiatives. He is a member of the Stanmore Jafferys administration team where he maintains the Stanmore Jafferys website and has helped with the audio/visual side of Stanmore Jaffery events.
Sajjad says, “InshAllah, the participants and mentors of the trip will be able to use the physical proximity to the Imam (as) on this trip to subsequently maintain a spiritual closeness with him from wherever they are” |
