Health Screaning Day at Hujjat

A Medical MOT of Health Services has been made available to you and your family for free (normally worth over £125). This will take place at Hujjat - Stanmore on Saturday 29th April from 10.30 am to 6pm and Sunday 30th April from 9am to 6pm.

The healthscreaning provides:

Doctors - consultation and overall health assessment
Dentists - checking gums/teeth
Opticians - general eye check-up
Dietician - general dietician advice
Pharmacists - medicine management
Doctors/Pharmacist/Health care assistants will be there to carry out:

Thalassemia tests
Blood sugar tests (free for 18 yrs plus)
Cholesterol test (free for 40 yrs plus or with a H/O high blood Pressure, high sugar or a strong family history of cardiac disease.
Cardiac assessments (40 yrs plus only)
Stress management consultations (16 yrs plus only)
Awareness Lecture for ladies on Breast cancer/Screening
Awareness Lecture for Gents on High Blood Pressure.
DHIKR AND SELF HEALING workshop
Health information Leaflets.
ALL INFORMATION WILL BE TREATED IN THE STRICTEST OF CONFIDENCE.
