Leadership Development Programme in London, UK
Frontrunner is a four-day free leadership development programme offered to pre-career leaders by Common Purpose. The programme is open to individuals age 18 to 26, who may be either still in full time education or are in the very early stages of their career, probably in their first job.
Frontrunner is aimed at those who have already shown evidence of leadership skills in civil society through their activities and seeks to inspire them to continue producing real change in their future careers. The participants will go on visits across different sectors, be exposed to real-life leadership dilemmas, meet the leaders who hold the day to day responsibility for them and explore the skills required to be effective leaders in the workplace - and the society we live in. Program Dates and locations: Frontrunner will be held twice in 2008
