4th April – The Last Day
We woke up with the thought that this was our last day in York with all our newly made friends. We hastily packed, and arrived at breakfast to find half the people weren’t there- probably trying to look their best for the photos today. Soon after eating our breakfast we faced our lessons for the last time. Following salaat, the AS level students ate lunch while at the same time the GCSE students were taken outside to have their group pictures taken. Whilst the GCSE photos were being taken the A level students arrived from their coach journey to York. Once the AS students were finished with lunch, everyone rushed to exchange their email addresses and phone numbers, since we were being called to have our photos taken. Not long after our photos were taken it came to the time where we had to quickly say our goodbyes to our friends, mentors and teachers. |

As always because we are khoja we recited our duas collectively and loudly and we soon set off. |
