S I Madrasah senior students participated last month in an essay competition entitled ‘If I am President of The World Federation...’ The winner, Ali Gokal, was invited to present the essay to the Executive Councillors, at the 5th Executive Council Meeting 2006-2009 – Stanmore, UK. Two other students, Kumail Sheriff & Fatema Jessa were given the opportunity to ask questions to the leaders of the community. |

The Muballigheen Training Programme, organised by The World Federation on behalf of the worldwide community, is a four year post-graduate course in Islamic Studies for married couples under the age of 30. The course seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to return to their communities as Islamic leaders. The course is designed to also teach the students the practical aspects of a Resident Aalim’s position in a community.

The Education Committee in collaboration with the ME School of Excellence, Birmingham presents this years' Past Paper Practice and Revision Course. The course will be targetted at those who have holidays straight after the Easter weekend. It is non residential but accomodation will be provided for non local students. The course will run daily over a 4 day period with over 6 hours contact time for GCSE per day. The course will be based in the Syeda Zainab (A.S.) building Birmingham: | Dates:
