Khawateen is delighted to hold this years retreat on board the lovely riverboat Georgina.

The day will begin with self reflection followed by Salaat, lunch and a therepeutic cruise on the river Cam to see the sites of Cambridge.

Young Girls Camp

We will be hosted by the Zainabiya Islamic Centre, Milton Keynes.

The camp will run from 26 May – 29 May 2009, for ages 8 – 10 years old.

An innovative project organised by the National Muslim Women's Advisory Group (NMWAG), aimed at increasing the levels of Civic awareness and participation amongst Muslim Women.

What is the National Women’s Muslim Advisory Group?

The National Muslim Women’s Advisory Group (NMWAG) was established in November 2007 and is led by 19 Muslim women representing a wide spectrum of communities, professions and traditions.
