Ma'rifah Spiritual Retreat 2012 with Shaykh Arif Abdul Hussain and Shaykh Mohammed Al-Hilli

After the success of the first Ma'rifah trip in 2009, the Islamic Cultural Affairs committee (ICA) of CoEJ have organised their second Islamic spiritual retreat in the vibrant city of Marrakech, Morocco.

The retreat is aimed at male participants preferably aged 21+.

The retreat will benefit from two English speaking specialists in the field of Islamic ethics and spirituality who will conduct all the sessions throughout the duration of the retreat. The spiritual guides for this year's retreat will be Shaykh Arif Abdul Hussain and Shaykh Mohammed Al-Hilli.

Ma'rifah Morocco Spiritual Retreat 2011

The ICA of the CoEJ is organising Ma'rifah Morocco Spiritual Retreat from Sunday, 24 July - Friday, 29 July 2011 (Please allow two days either side of the proposed dates for any changes in travel).

Spiritual guides are: Shaykh Mohammed Hilli & Syed Ali Abbas Rizvi.

CPD for Upcoming Muballigheen

The Islamic Cultural Affairs Committee (ICA) of the Council of European Jamaats is arranging a Continuous Personal Development Course (CPD) for Upcoming Zakireen.

The course is geared towards preparing such individuals within the community that has shown either interest or potential to add richness to the growing number of servants of Ahlul Bayt (AS).

Annual Mosque Open Day

The Peterborough tableegh committee has organised an annual mosque open day on Sunday, 25 July 2010 at 2.00pm – 6.00pm in Husaini Islamic Centre, 4 Burton Street, Peterborough, PE1 5HD

The event will have various Art and Science displays and will be featuring a short 13 minute film titled '1001 inventions and the library of secrets', at regular intervals.
