This neatly tied in with the second topic of Alim development. Indeed this was an interesting interactive training session for our Jamaat leaders, covering the importance of giving feedback properly, effective communication and performance  review.

The third session involved the Alim support team of ICA briefing delegates on various types of grants available. The details and procedures of obtaining these grants were also discussed.

The Secretary General of CoEJ Br Shabbar Dhalla also delivered an important message on behalf of the CoEJ executive.

The chairman of ICA Br Razahusein Rahim noted that the seminar was overall very successful and well received by all the participants but regretted that a number of jamaat representatives did not attend and benefit from the presentations, which are of great importance for us all.
