Moodgym: an excellent free online cognitive behavioural therapy website for the prevention of anxiety and depressive illnesses.


E-couch: From the creators of Moodgym, yet another excellent interactive cognitive behavioural therapy website for prevention and coping with depression, generalised anxiety and social anxiety.

 

Cruse bereavement support: a specialist website for an organisation providing support to cope with bereavement and it’s related issue.


NHS smoking cessation helpline: A must see, a home for the NHS stop smoking website where you can not only find information about how to stop smoking but also where to find the appropriate support.

Researchers there had 33 women eat a variation on the same garden salad 20 minutes before a main pasta course. When the salads were topped with low-fat mozzarella and low-calorie Italian dressing instead of high-fat alternatives, the women ate 10 percent fewer calories over the course of the day.
