As there are only a limited number of places available, you are advised to apply at an early date to avoid disappointment. The administrators will make the final allocation decision.

Forms will only be accepted with a non-refundable DEPOSIT OF £1,000. Cheques should be made payable to 'The European Hajj Mission Ltd’. The final cost will be determined by the prevailing Exchange Rate in August 2009.

Please complete and return this form with a photocopy of the page from your passport providing details of the passport number and date of issue/expiry.
