CoEJ Summer Camps 2010 – Chef Recruitment

With the launch of this years CoEJ Summer Camps the team are also looking for help in the area of catering.

This year we are looking for 1 person to provide guidance and help to the onsite chef in cooking Indian meals for the campers.

The camps, 25th – 31st July (boys) & 1st – 6th August (Girls), will take place at the Open Do

or Adventure Centre in Wales.

Responsibilities will be:

-    To communicate with the camp site in advance regarding the amounts of ingredients required.

-    Support the onsite chef during the camp in cooking of lunch and dinner meals.

-    Manage the serving of the meals to the campers.

The approximate numbers in each camp will be 30 people.
