In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Alhamdulillah we are now over half way through the camp and now the thought of returning home has

entered everyones minds. But as a mentor Alhamdulillah this presents me with one final 'push' to further develop the campers and ensure they continue to uphold the good morals they have shown in the last 6 days at home.

I feel extremely blessed to be here and been given the opportunity to do everything I can to help further develop these campers. But I have been also very pleasantly surprised at how much I have learnt about myself from the campers themselves. I feel they have helped me to build on my own aqhlaq, discipline and even patience! I am also very grateful to have this unique opportunity to be an older brother over the 10 days, for which I am forever indebted to my campers.

Alhamdulillah I feel we already have been successful in developing these young souls. It has been so rewarding to see how these boys have turned into young men, bettering themselves everyday since we arrived here. But insh'Allah in the next few remaining days I hope to help the campers exceed even further, so they can take what they have learnt here and be the best representatives of Islam that we want them to be.

In this camp, if yesterday is the same as today in terms of our self-building and relationship with the all-Mighty, then we have failed. After 6 days, I feel that for both the campers and myself, this Alhamdulillah has not been the case.
