CoEJ collects khums monies in Europe on behalf of The World Federation of KSIMC and remits the funds to them without any administrative expenses. We will immediately issue you with a receipt and forward you the receipt from the Ayatullah Sistani’s office in due course. The World Federation sends 50% of the whole khums amount both Sehme Sadaat and Sehme Imam to Ayatullah Al Uzma Syed Ali Husein Sistani.
50% of Sehme Imam retained by The World Federation is spent on capital projects, supporting Hawza Ilmiya and religious education, Tableegh work and welfare.
As for 50% of Sehme Sadaat retained by the WF, this is spent on welfare for Sadaats', medical expenses and educational needs of sadaats.
